The Sindh Electric Power Regulatory Authority (SEPRA) is an independent statutory regulator established to facilitate private investment in bilateral electricity markets and off-grid power solutions across Sindh. By providing a transparent, predictable, and investor-friendly regulatory framework, SEPRA seeks to promote innovation, improve energy access, and support sustainable economic growth.
